President Obama's plan
President Obama states that he is planning to change everything starting that night, and make the world a better place. He said that the nation will never use more foreign oil than we did in 1977 through the 1980's. The plans are somewhat alike because all of them believe that there should not be any more foreign oil in our country. Some of them differ, because point three is saying that they think that we should use resources and funds to develop energy by using the sources, such as fuel, coal, and oil.
